Coming up with ways for them to react to the Sam/Cas was surprisingly one of the easier parts of writing this: I figured Bobby would incorrectly label it ("prison gay") and not understand it entirely, but he wouldn't shun it either ("I get it, men have needs"), while Dean would go straight to ribbing Sam about it.
